Roto-Molded and Lightweight Poly Case Life Time Warranty If a Roto-Molded product ever fails, we offer a full lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If there is a defect in our workmanship, Philly Case will repair or replace any part/product to be defective. If there is any damage due to an accident, improper use, negligence or normal ware and tear, where Philly Case is not at fault, your product will be repaired for a small fee. Should a panel case's wheel or strap fail or gets lost, we have designed replacement parts to be fixed in the field and will be supplied to you at a nominal fee. For replacement parts and warranty services, please contact Philly Case's Service department for assistance. ATA Case Line Lifetime Warranty If your ATA case ever fails, call us, Philly Case's ATA line if fully warranted against any and all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the case. If there is defect in the workmanship of the case, Philly Case will repair or replace any part/case to be defective. If there is any damage due to an accident, improper use, negligence or normal wear and tear, where Philly Case is not at fault, your case will be repaired for a small fee.
