| Our Custom Built ATA Case Process: We understand that everyone's shipping needs vary, so no matter what item you need protection for, your custom ATA case will be manufactured to your exact specifications. Our Technical Designers will help guide you through our comprehensive list of materials and options to assure you will have the proper case to protect your sensitive items. Once your order is placed, we then send your ATA case project to our on-site Manufacturing Lab. There your case will start construction. Our Construction Team will create your ATA shipping case, by using ¼" to ½" Furniture-grade plywood, to build a solid exterior cabinet. This will control the effects of shock and vibration. They will then install your hardware, including recessed steel handles, ball corners, and heavy duty wheels.
