For larger volume productions, we always begin with the first article that is signed off by the customer. Our team is experienced using CAD software and 3D Solidworks modeling and will work with you to achieve full sign-off on a design before production.
Build a Custom Case – Our Process
Whether we are building you a case, crate or custom foam insert, the more we know, the better we can deliver. Our web form allows customers to upload pictures, dimensions and other requirements so we are educated before an initial call with you.
All of our customers work with a Custom Case Manufacturer sales representative to ensure that we have accurate information before going to design. Our sales team is capable of organizing a remote consultation to review requirements or will offer to come on-site for measurements and observation.
Once we have fully vetted your requirements and goals, a sales representative will provide a quote for your project.
After a quote is accepted our design team will provide a detailed CAD drawing or 3D SolidWorks file for your approval.
Production commences upon receipt of an approved design. We aim to deliver the best lead time in the industry and will keep you apprised of exactly when to expect your product.
Our customer service team will work with your own shipping solution or can happily provide options that we source on your behalf. We work with several logistics companies and receive multiple quotes to ensure the lowest cost of shipping possible.
