Philly Case has been a full-service case company for over 30 years offering ATA cases, molded cases, and lightweight poly cases for all industries and equipment of any size. Having the option to choose from these three categories allows us the ability to offer customers a range of affordability, durability, and customization. Philly Case has a large-scale ATA case production facility and foam fabrication facility all under one roof just outside of Philadelphia. Philly Case is an authorized dealer for the leading molded case manufacturers like Pelican, SKB, Nanuk, and Seahorse. For larger quantities, we also offer our own line of roto-molded cases that can be designed and specified to our customer’s needs.

Our customers come to us to solve challenging designs and to ensure their products are fully protected during shipment. Our packaging expertise takes into consideration every requirement from the field operator’s loading and unloading protocol, to in-transit reinforcement and bracing, to the need for shock and vibration absorption. Our design and engineering team will work with you one-on-one to assess your requirements and provide a CAD drawing that is unique to your product prior to production. Whether your need is for a singular ATA case or high-volume production, Philly Case is equipped to service our customer’s full stop and every ATA case we build receives the full attention of our team of skilled craftsmen.

Philly Case can design and engineer custom foam interiors for Pelican, SKB, Nanuk, or Seahorse cases. Our team of engineers works with CAD software and Solidworks and can start from an existing specification or work with you to establish a design that meets your needs. Philly Case customers receive foam cut with precision that can either be CNC routed, waterjet cut, or die pressed allowing us to meet large quantity demand. For larger molded case production needs where an existing stock size is not available, Philly Case will work with you to design a custom roto-molded case including the foam insert.

If you desire a case that is lightweight and more affordable, Philly Case designs and manufactures custom lightweight high-density polyethylene cases with wall thicknesses of either .090” or .125”. Custom poly cases are a great alternative where there is a need for a less rugged case that will still get the job done and offer complete customization of size and interior.
