For larger drones and UAVs, Philly Case can design and manufacture a custom wood-built ATA case. Our customers come to us to solve challenging designs and to ensure their drones are fully protected during shipment. We understand the value of your drone and take into consideration every requirement from the field operator’s loading and unloading protocol, to in-transit reinforcement and bracing, to the need for shock and vibration absorption. Our design and engineering team will work with you one-on-one to assess your requirements and provide a CAD drawing that is unique to your drone prior to production. Philly Case can design and engineer custom foam interiors for drones to fit Pelican, SKB, Nanuk or Seahorse cases. Our team of engineers works with CAD software and Solidworks and can start from an existing specification or work with you to establish a design that meets your needs. Philly Case customers receive foam cut with precision that can either be CNC routed, waterjet cut, or die pressed allowing us to meet large quantity demand.
