We recognize that a thoughtfully designed wooden crate interior is paramount to getting your product to its destination without damage. Most crates that we build require enhanced product protection using custom foam blocking and inserts on the interior to reduce the risk of damage from shock and vibration impact while in transit. Our team is very experienced using specialty foams and will ensure the right density and caliper is selected when designing your crate. Our machinery is capable of routing unique and intricate foam inserts to properly house the most fragile of items.
